Job Descriptions：
1、Design, analysis, modeling, and optimization of acoustic resonators and filters, for mobile front-ends; 
2、Characterizing filter performance via wafer and board-level measurements
3、Collaborate with system level designers to ensure integration of filter with other front-end components
4、Teamwork with the production team and supply chain management to monitor and mitigate performance and manufacturing-related challenges

Job Requirements：
1、Prior experience in SAW, BAW, MEMS, IPD, microstirp, or cavity filter design;
2、Proficient in utilizing finite element analysis or analytical methods to perform optimization in either acoustics and electromagnetic domain
3、Solid understanding in filter synthesis techniques and microwave design techniques
4、Proficient in design layout and its automation
5、Basic understanding of micro-device manufacturing processes
6、Great communication skills and teamwork capabilities
7、Familiar with RF and microwave measurement instruments and techniques
