描述：
Essential Functions:
1. Work with marketing to determine product specifications.
2. Design in CMOS and BCD and simulate circuits.
3. Make layout floor plan.
4. Write design review and hold design review meeting. In addition to circuit function and spec review, pay attention to ESD and latchup.
5. Work with layout until tape out and review masks.
6. Evaluate and debug new product engineering samples.
7. Support test development until production release.
Qualifications:
1.MSEE or BE degree in related major
2.2+years of experience in analog and mixed-signal design
3.Good English communication, both oral and written
