1. QRA Director， report to GM.

• Ensure AOS documentation conforms to ISO requirements;
• Establish Quality frame work, setup and monitor quality system implementation through internal audit and management review;
• Establish annual quality objective and departmental quality objectives with each dept. for improvement on efficiency and process implementation;
• Promote companywide quality awareness through training & other activities;
• Ensure RTM of wafer, package and parts conforms to defined procedure;
• Standardize & improve AOS quality requirements;
• Drive qualification and continues improvement on supplier, subcontractor and foundry;
• Motivates and coach employees to achieve peak productivity and performance;
• Follows direction set by VP, World Wide quality;
• Play as a team member and actively involved in AOS related projects.
  Requirement:

Bachelor degree in science/engineering
A minimum of 8/10 years Q&RA experience in a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, preferably Multinational Corporation; At least 10 years managerial experience;
