工作描述：
1、优化数字后端流程，协助数字后端工程师得到更好的PPA。
2、协助解决数字后端遇到的问题，包括但不限于Synthesis/formal/STA/PnR/CTS/PV/IR-drop/EM,etc
3、搭建自动化设计流程平台。
4、开发公司内部工具、提供解决方案。
5、和EDA Vendor合作，测试工具及优化参考流程。
 
工作需求：
1、学士以上学位，电子/计算机等相关背景。
2、熟悉数字电路后端设计流程，（Synthesis/formal/STA/PnR/CTS/PV/IR-drop/EM, etc。）
3、熟悉下面一种或者多种计算机语言：Python/Perl/TCL/Shell/JavaScript/HTML/SQL/C++。
 
加分项：
-有LSF使用经验。
-有Web、SQL开发经验。
 
 
Job Description
-Support PD Engineer for better PPA, optimize the PD design Flow.
- Assist in solving problems on digital backend,including but not limited ：Synthesis / formal / STA / PnR / CTS / PV / IR-drop / EM, etc
- Develop in-house tools&Provide the solution
- Design, develop CAD Flow infrastructure.
- Work with EDA Vendor to test tools and optimize reference flow.
Requirement:
-BS degree or above in EE, CS.
-Familiar with digital PD Flow: Synthesis/formal/STA/PnR/CTS/PV/IR-drop/EM.
- Familiar with at least one of these languages: Python/Perl/TCL/Shell/JavaScript/HTML/SQL/C++.

-Familiar withLSF
- Web programming skill is a plus
