岗位职责:- Understand test requirements, methodologies & develop test solutions on ATE platforms. - Adopt both native ATE environment and customized software architecture, as applicable, in test program development- Knowledge of AC/DC tests implementation on ATE and validation. - Explore, develop and validate test pattern generation/conversion tools.- Bring up, qualify & fan-out developed test programs to test and characterization teams- Standardize test methods & implementations across different ATE platforms and programs- Communicate/Cooperate effectively with US counterparts, product groups & other support groups - Other duties as assigned by supervisor. (Manager) Able to provide supervisory role for technical staff.
