Responsible as a project manager within our growing design service team. The role provides the coordination for project planning and deliver of ASIC/IP design  projects within customer required cycle time.
•    Management of SOC design project initiation, schedule, engineering resourcing planning, delivery acceptance(quality commitment) and close
•    Coordinating with Technical Lead, Resources managers and customer to monitor & control project actions
•    Risk alignment and handling arising issues, have capability to take necessary steps to solve raising issues and keep delivery on time
•    Effective engagement and communication with wide range of stackholders, across different region, partners and suppliers
•    Anticipate the prepare for the future plans and decision making

•    ASIC physical design experience is preferred. Ideally you are familiar w/ whole SOC design flow 
•    Ability to understand the arising issues through SOC design 
•    Active risk management skill and mitigate impact
•    Excellent written and verbal English skill
