1.  Closely monitor the performance of RTMed products
2.  Drive Test Yield enhancement activities
   -- Setup/maintain/improve data analysis system (data power, yield report)
   --  Regular yield data review and analysis to improve yield both CP and FT
   -- Maintain yield information for Planning and Finance
3.  Maintain procedures to ensure test quality of PIC products
    --  Regular update guideline for test maverick lot disposition
    --  Work with QA for RMA lot disposition and customer return
    --  Dispose test maverick lots/hold lot to support delivery
    --  Involve PIC FA case
4.  Manage the products/process changes (PCN)
5.  Lead non-AOS IC product RTM (Combine other company’s IC with AOS MOS)
6.   Define packing specs (including special packing requirement from the customer)
7.   Customer supporting (including surveys, reports, measurements)
