Responsibility:

• Work closely with NXP cross-function teams to grow NXP’s business in responsible region.
• Fully understand NXP product strategy, effectively co-work with distributor partner and develop new customers in responsible region.
• Cross selling on NXP focused vertical applications. Set up the strategies and plans on those target customers.
• Collaborate with BD/RMM and utilize the local R&D, AE and FAE resource on technical problem solving and drive business growth and build up solid plan in the field deployment.
• Business data management of POS, DWIN, DR#, customer count# etc. based on company strategic request.

Qualification:

• Bachelor/Master degree in EE is preferred.
• Excellent communication skill and result-oriented personality in the customer field.
• Proactive and self-motivated to drive business.
• Willing to take challenge, in positive thinking of problem solving.
• Fluent in both Mandarin/English.
